Welcome to Jera Labs. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Apps" or "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.
1. About the Services
Jera Labs develops, maintains, and publishes mobile applications on the Google Play Store. Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We continuously work to update and improve our applications to deliver the best possible user experience.
2. Premium Features & In-App Purchases
Some of our Apps may offer optional premium features or content that can be unlocked via in-app purchases. All such transactions are processed securely through Google Play Billing. By making an in-app purchase, you agree to comply with Google Play's Terms of Service and Billing Policies.
3. Refund Policy
Since all payments are processed through Google Play Billing, any requests for refunds must be requested and handled in accordance with the standard Google Play refund policies. Jera Labs does not process refunds directly.
4. Application Updates
We may roll out automatic or manual updates to our Apps to fix bugs, optimize performance, enhance security, or add new features. We recommend keeping your Apps updated to the latest version to ensure stability and access to all functionalities.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, code, and trade names used in our Apps are the intellectual property of Jera Labs unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our Apps without our explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jera Labs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our Apps or Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will indicate changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Apps after such changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
