  • Jera Labs does not collect, store, or have access to your financial credentials, credit card details, or billing information.
  • All transaction records and receipts are managed securely by Google Play.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data. These measures include encrypting data in transit (where applicable) and restricting access to administrative systems. However, please be aware that no transmission of data over the internet or mobile network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law:

  • Anonymized Technical Data: Crash logs and usage statistics are typically retained by our third-party processors for up to 90 days before being automatically purged.
  • Account Data: If you have created an account, your credentials and profile data will be retained until you request deletion.
  • Local Data: Data stored locally on your device remains there until you clear the app cache, uninstall the App, or delete it manually within the App settings.

8. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not designed for or targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete this from our servers.
